From September, 1944, through July, 1945, on the outskirts of Paris, the 203rd General Hospital unit operated the largest US Army medical establishment in the ETO. Its highest bed capacity exceeded 3,500, and over 65,000 patients were treated there during its almost 11 months of operation.

A detailed story of the Paris experience of the 203rd General Hospital unit is being written, and will be posted here in the near future.
